Following its biggest-ever event this past June, Flight Simulation Association (FSA) has announced travel details for FlightSimExpo 2026, set to take place June 12–14, 2026 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Minnesota. Attendees can now secure discounted hotel rates and airfare, with registration officially opening this December.

A Major Gathering for Flight Simulation

Since its launch in 2018, FlightSimExpo has grown into one of the world’s largest flight simulation conventions, welcoming nearly 10,000 attendees across previous host cities including Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Houston, and Providence. The event showcases developers, virtual airlines, live ATC, product announcements, and interactive workshops, making it a must-attend for enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.

2026 Schedule Highlights

FlightSimExpo 2026 will feature a packed weekend of exhibits, demos, developer Q&As, workshops, and major announcements. Optional tours will run on Friday, June 12 and Monday, June 15, giving attendees a chance to experience behind-the-scenes aviation adventures.

“At past shows, our community has loved exclusive tours of control towers, airports, and museums—and even aerial dogfights,” said FSA Co-Founder Phil Coyle. “We’re planning similar opportunities for 2026, with details to be announced early next year.”

Travelers are encouraged to arrive by Thursday, June 11 and stay through Monday, June 15 to enjoy the full lineup.

The Venue: Saint Paul RiverCentre

Just 15 minutes from Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), the Saint Paul RiverCentre offers a sustainable convention facility in the heart of Minnesota’s capital. Visitors will also be just a short drive from the Mall of America®, Amtrak service, and a variety of cultural attractions across the Twin Cities.

Discounts on Flights & Hotels

Attendees can book discounted rooms starting at $149 per night at partner hotels including Hilton, Hyatt, and the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront—the primary conference hotel, located only an eight-minute walk from the venue.

Special airfare discounts are also available through Delta, United, Southwest, Air Canada, and WestJet, with booking links at flightsimexpo.com/discounts.

Registration Opens December 2025

General registration for FlightSimExpo 2026 will open in December, with early-bird savings available to FSA Captains. Those interested can join the mailing list at flightsimexpo.com to receive updates.

Stay Connected with 2025 Recordings
