SayIntentions.AI has just checked off another major milestone on its roadmap, bringing realism and immersion to new heights for flight sim enthusiasts. This latest update delivers two headline features: live CPDLC handoffs and the largest voice expansion to date.

CPDLC Handoffs Go Live

Flying IFR just got closer to the real world. Pilots using CPDLC will now experience handoffs between stations, creating seamless transitions and fewer communication gaps along their routes. The system is HOPPIE standard-compliant, fully server-based, and built for scalability, opening the door to future enhancements like Oceanic coverage.

Caveats to know:

Not currently supported in the U.S. due to the single-station setup (KUSA).
Aircraft must support CPDLC handoffs (Fenix fans, take note).

3,500+ Voices and Counting

The latest voice expansion is the biggest of the year. SayIntentions.AI has activated over 200 new voices, boosting regional authenticity across 30+ countries including Italy, Spain, Belgium, Japan, India, and more. The network now boasts 3,561 active voices, split between ATC and community-donated AI pilot voices.

A standout achievement: no voice overlap between ATC and pilots—solving a long-standing immersion breaker. Community contributors can see their voices live via the pilot portal.

Traffic and Systems Polished
