Flight Simulation Association (FSA) today announced more than 60 exhibitors are confirmed for FlightSimExpo 2025. See the initial list at flightsimexpo.com/partners.

“We’re thrilled to welcome an international community of developers to FlightSimExpo 2025,” says organizer Phil Coyle. “From some of flight sim’s biggest names to virtual airlines, online communities, and combat and racing sim, there is something for everyone at FlightSimExpo 2025. Best of all, there’s still plenty of time to make plans to join us!”

Prospective exhibitors can learn more at flightsimexpo.com/partner. Exhibitor registration is available until May 30, 2025.

FlightSimExpo’s Diamond+ sponsors—Navigraph, Orbx, and PMDG Simulations—are all exhibiting at this year’s show. They are joined by headline software exhibitors FeelThere, iniBuilds, and X-Plane and top hardware exhibitors WINWING, Thrustmaster, Honeycomb Aeronautical, and Meridian GMT.

"We’re really excited to be back at FSExpo this year—it’s always a great time catching up with the community and sharing what we’ve been up to,” said Ubaid Massa, CEO of iniBuilds. “If you’re thinking about exhibiting, just go for it—it’s totally worth it, and it’s the best flight sim show we have attended!"

The event is also grateful to Diamond Sponsors OnAir Airline Manager, Parallel 42, Prepar3D, SimFab, and SKALARKI electronics Ltd for helping make FlightSimExpo possible.

In addition to civilian flight sim, this year’s event features an expanded focus on military and combat simulation, with confirmed participation from Combat Pilot, Grinnelli Designs, and Miltech Simulations. Attendees can also expect to see additional forms of simulation represented at this year’s show, including a new sim racing competition area sponsored by Advanced Flight Controls and Advanced SimRacing.

“The FlightSim Community Survey shows that about 55% of flight simmers are also active in other forms of simulation,” says Evan Reiter, FSA Co-Founder. “Following the initial success of introducing sim racing at last year’s show, we’re excited to expand on that with ‘The Track’, an area of our show floor where attendees can compete for prizes in a ‘intro to sim racing’ experience.”

FlightSimExpo is also the place to see product reveals and get hands-on with the latest flight simulation technology. This year’s schedule will include a series of new product reveals from Altimeter Motives, Contrail, FSS, Parallel 42, SayIntentions.AI, SoFly, VA Systems, and more during #FSExpoFriday on June 27.

FlightSimExpo takes place June 27-29, 2025 at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Registration is available online at flightsimexpo.com. Attendees are encouraged to book discounted hotel rooms before they sell out, and learn about discounts with Delta, Southwest, and United.
