This month, Canadian Xpress® is thrilled to continue the celebration of 15 years of operations with a special challenge! As part of our milestone anniversary, we’re turning legs from our 15-Year Anniversary Tour into exciting monthly challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to fly these routes twice—once for the tour and once for the challenge—if you want credit for both!

For October, we’re flying Leg 20 of the Anniversary Tour, taking off from Castlegar (CYCG) and heading to Kelowna (CYLW). Kelowna, nestled along Okanagan Lake in the Okanagan Valley, is British Columbia’s third-largest metropolitan area, behind only Vancouver and Victoria. Fun fact: the city’s name comes from an Okanagan word meaning “grizzly bear.”

Over the years, Kelowna has grown significantly. Its skyline is now dotted with towering buildings, such as One Water Street, a 36-story skyscraper, with even taller developments underway. Soon, a 42-story building on Leon Avenue will become Kelowna’s—and one of B.C.’s—tallest structures.

**Your mission:** Take off from West Kootenay Regional Airport (CYCG) and navigate to Kelowna International (CYLW) using any Canadian Xpress® freeware or payware aircraft suitable for both airports.

Why join the challenge? Not only will you be flying through some of Canada’s most scenic regions, but there are also some awesome prizes up for grabs, including:
– Aerosoft Products
– Bonus Flight Hours
– Canadian Xpress® Monthly Challenge Award

The October 2024 Monthly Challenge is open to all Canadian Xpress® pilots from October 2 to October 29, 2024. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate our 15th anniversary in style and fly high with Canadian Xpress®!
