Orbx Releases Bromma Airport for MSFS
Written by JT on September 21, 2021
Orbx has yesterday released their new rendition of Bromma Airport (ESSB) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The release has been announced through their Facebook page and other social media.
The Bromma airport is a minor international airport located near the capital of Sweden, Stockholm. It is one of the four international airports this city serves, and it is mainly being used for domestic flights. The airport has destinations all across Sweden, the most remarkable ones being Malmoe, Visby, Oestersund, or even international flights to Brussels and Helsinki.
This rendition doesn’t include the airport only, however. There’s also an entire city of Stockholm included, with over 100 custom points of interest. Orbx’s usual habit is to include photoreal, colour-corrected ortho imagery for the surroundings. This scenery is not an exception to that. The airport itself also includes a sloped runway, 4K textures and PBR materials.
