Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and station visibility.
– Create compelling promotional materials, including social media posts, graphics, and newsletters.
– Collaborate with the content team to coordinate marketing efforts with on-air programming and special events.
– Identify and pursue advertising opportunities to generate revenue and support the station’s operations.
– Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Availability to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to marketing and advertising activities.
