Through a post on their website, Just Flight has reported on the much anticipated BAe 146 aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The development is progressing nicely, and as stated in the latest development update, the exterior modelling and texturing has been completed.
While the developers from Just Flight are now working hard on various aircraft systems to be recreated to a high level of detail and complexity, we can at least enjoy a set of beautiful previews showcasing the small, regional, jet-powered airliner.
No new information was shared on the expected release date or pricing model. Based on the post, we can expect one more development update to come before the Christmas break.
As for the aircraft background in the Just Flight portfolio, it was previously released for Prepar3D and X-Plane 11.
The X-Plane 11 version of the aircraft did not have a successful launch. It did not offer a custom-coded FMS, and although it has been promised to be delivered in one of the future updates, it will be eight months since the launch soon, and still no signs of a custom FMS.
