The Navion B is a demanding airplane to fly that can cruise at 160mph but can stay aloft for a thousand miles. This attractive low-wing flying machine is faithfully recreated in MSFS for us to enjoy.
The Navion is a four-seater, low-wing, single-engine favorite of pilots who were new to personal aviation or looking for a more demanding airplane for business or pleasure. Hangar Studios are no strangers to making high-quality products such as the Camair 480 twin that was released a year ago and enjoyed high ratings up to this anniversary. With the quality of that model, the attention to detail, and the developer’s eye for realistic functionality, we are hoping to see the same quality shine in this new project.
Early rendition of the Navion B for MSFS
The amount of detail that this airplane promises, even in this final stage of development, shows us a very detailed engine, with a hydraulic reservoir, oil reservoir, animated engine covers, and an animated GATS jar fuel tester that you can insert at various fuel testing points along the wings and the lower engine. The tip tanks that hold extra fuel can be removed or left on to simulate various real-world product variations. These configurations can be done with the included tablet, which is located in the side pocket beside the pilot. The textured seats look great, and the bubble canopy can be replaced with a conventional one.
The instrument panel is an important point for real pilots who wish to experience this airplane in the simulator. All the instruments work as expected and mimic their real-life counterparts. This product promises to be a winner upon release, even though many of us haven’t heard of the Navion B airplane.

The real Navion B was a post-war civilian aircraft that also found a home with the US Air Force. They were riding on the boom of personal aviation acquisitions after the war. Through a few different manufacturing companies over the years, over 3,000 were built, and many still flying today.

U.S. Air Force loved the Navion B.
The Navion B from Hangar Studios 713 should be a fun alternative to the four-place aircraft in the simulator that can be both enjoyable to fly and memorable to experience.

The Navion B is set to release at the end of July and will be available for both Xbox and PC in the MSFS marketplace. There is no price set yet. You can visit the Hangar Studios Website to see further developments.
