Go Flight brings back the forums!!

This song reminds me of the “Wonder Years”. I may have dated myself just now, but what a great song and a great TV series! Kevin and Paul kicking around the neighborhood, as best friends, vying for the attention of Winnie Cooper! The opening song, of course, was the famous, “With a Little Help From my Friends” live, at Woodstock, by Joe Cocker.
Today, the fact remains, we all get by with a little help from our friends. This is why we love forums. The forum is a great place to share ideas, passions, and triumphant projects. It is a place to learn from those who have gone before you and built their own, perfect, home cockpits, no matter what the size.
Recently, our forums went down with some maintenance issues. We were quick to respond to the initial outage, but quickly found out it wasn’t an easy fix. After doing the research we realized we wanted a lot more out of our support sites and we made the tough decision to move toward our current solution. Despite the wait, our new support site is now live! We know you will love it as much as we do. www.support.goflightinc.com
This new site will have a forum. We did have to lose some aspects of the old one to make way for the new. Users will be required to create a new account, and sadly your personal data from the last forum will be lost. However, we were able to collect and portage all the old posts over to the new forum. It will be listed under “GoFlight Archive”. Even better, you’ll be able to look up all that information by product. Change is hard, we get that, but we know the benefits of the new site will be much better.
Another wonderful feature we are really excited about is the ability to search through every GoFlight document as they pertain to installation, set-up, and general support. This is a large database. As we add new forum posts and manuals, they will all be automatically added and updated in the database. No longer do you need to search and download the whole manual (though you can if you want to), you can instead look up sections of each manual as it pertains to your question. You can also search the forums and our support site from your mobile device. Our support page is easy to use no matter what browser or device you are using.
The support site will still have a chat window where our support team will be available each morning from 8:00am – 2:00pm. In the off hours, entering a chat request will issue you a ticket and your request will be responded to the following day.
There is also a more comprehensive F.A.Q. page this time around. The F.A.Q. page, forum and manuals are all included in the search function when you enter the part name, description or the action you are trying to locate, be it installation, configuration etc.
Thank you for being patient as we worked on bringing you this new interface for GoFlight Support. We hope you love it as much as we do. Now go give Joe Cocker another spin. Who doesn’t love that song?!?
