FlyTampa Releases a Small Patch for Las Vegas for MSFS

Written by on September 25, 2021

FlyTampa has a few days ago released a small and minor patch for their Las Vegas scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The update is really nowhere near being significant with only three minor fixes and a small addition in the changelog.

This new update brings the scenery up to version 1.6 from the previous version 1.5. It fixes issues with glideslope and ILS tuning on the approach, fixes texture artifacts on west runways, and adds more lighting sources on the Las Vegas Strip for a better experience during the nighttime.

The update can be simply downloaded through the FlyTampa Universal Installer or by downloading the new files from the store where you purchased the scenery and replacing the previous ones.

If you want to purchase the scenery, you can do so through the developer’s website for $19.99 which is equal to about €17.

The developers at FlyTampa are also alongside this scenery also working on bringing their well-known Corfu Airport (LGKR) and Saint Martin Airport (TNCM) sceneries to the new platform.

Las Vegas is perhaps one of the most famous cities in the world, most notably home to some of the biggest casinos and nightclubs in the world. The city is located in Nevada and McCarran International Airport serves the city. The airport offers various domestic flights across the country as well as international flights connecting Vegas to Europe.
