Denver International Airport reopens runways, though 675 flights still canceled day after blizzard

A day after a bomb cyclone swept through Colorado, Denver International Airport was still dealing with its aftermath as airlines canceled 675 incoming and outgoing flights. Airlines resumed passenger flights Thursday morning, said Emily Williams, DIA spokeswoman. On Thursday, the cancellations included 129 United Airlines flights, 225 for Southwest Airlines and 148 for SkyWest.
