Chudoba Design Announces Burgas Airport for X-Plane

Written by on October 22, 2021

Filip from Chudoba Design took to his Discord server to formally announce Burgas Airport (LBBG) for X-Plane 11.

The small developer spoke to his community on Monday concerning his works. He briefly talked about IVAO partnership, a product safety app called “Antileaks”, a future Prague update and most importantly, Burgas Airport.

Although the developer linked only one image of the upcoming Burgas rendition, he did elaborate on the scenery features.

A Tupolev 154 can be seen on the runway of the upcoming scenery

Firstly, just like any good payware scenery, the airport will include custom artifacts. The scenery will also include PBR texturing on custom made building. Night flyers can fly with ease as custom night textures will feature in the rendition.

This scenery will surely stand out from the rest. This is because Filip and his team have developed a revolutionary feature called “curved groundpoly”. This feature will allow the developer to not build all tiles into a grid, thus enabling them to use curves.

Filip stated that the price for the rendition would start at 8,99 EUR without VAT. He also talked about a potential release at the end of the week.

If you are interested in Chudoba’s works, have a read at Patrik and George’s article on the payware Prague scenery. You can also read my article on Chudoba’s freeware rendition of Mattala Rajapaksa Intl. Airport.
