![]() On July 20th, 1969 which is 50 years ago this month, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin went where no one man has gone before, becoming the first humans to land and walking on a foreign spatial body. Michael Collins flew the command module Columbia alone in lunar orbit while they were on the Moon’s surface. This month, we trace a route these astronauts and their predecessors followed during their travels to reach the moon.
