The development team at Boundless has recently released their rendition of Inverness Airport (EGPE) for X-Plane. This product is compatible with X-Plane 11 and 12. The team posted a trailer on their Youtube channel to showcase the scenery.

The scenery includes all of the premium features we are used to from other top-notch sceneries It is based on the most recent layout of the real airport. The developers have included HD Ortho imagery with 4K photorealistic textures to give the user an even bigger immersion. The team has used PBR textures. Furthermore, dynamic night lighting based on natural colour tones is also included.

Besides that, Boundless has modelled vegetation around the airport, 3D grass, and trees. The developers have also brought to life nearby houses and farms. X-Plane 12 users can enjoy rain and seasonal effects on the ground. In addition, the artists have designed PBR static aircraft and some custom HD PBR vehicles. Those are present on the landside and on the airside.

Inverness Airport is located in Scotland, 13km from the city of Inverness. Charter and freight flights operate throughout the UK and Europe. It is the gateway for travellers to the North of Scotland. The biggest airlines operating at EGPE are British Airways, easyJet, and Loganair.

If you wish to purchase this scenery, you can do so through Boundless’ official website for 12.99£. To learn more about Boundless, I suggest you have a look at George’s article here.
