JFK Airport vows better response in wake of winter storm

The agency that operates John F. Kennedy International Airport announced steps Thursday to prevent a repeat of chaotic scenes following a recent winter storm. Rick Cotton, the executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, called the airport’s system for coping with storms and dealing with passengers and luggage “antiquated” and “broken.” Wall Street Journal
